General Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions set out the legal rules applicable to the Munich New Space Summit 2024.
Participants shall be bound by these terms and conditions upon registering for the Conference and are advised to read and understand these terms carefully before registering. The organiser will not accept any conditions contradictory to or deviant from these general terms and conditions.
Organiser
Responsible for the organization of the Conference is:

Registration
Registration to the Conference must be done through the online registration system. The registration deadline is October 1, 2024 The registration of participation is binding.
Please note that participants will receive an automatic confirmation of the registration details and payment details. If you do not obtain anything, please send an email to summit@munich-aerospace.de to make sure that the organiser has received your booking. Registration will only be effective on receipt of the registration fee. Please notify any corrections to your registration immediately.
Fees and Payment Condition
The registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, detailed programme, list of participants (if provided), morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, lunch, dinner and social events. Travel, accommodation and meal expenses are excluded from registration fees and result in additional expenses.
The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 10 days from the date of invoice.
After the payment or after your registration fee has arrived at our bank account you will receive an automatic e-mail message that the transaction was successful. All payments are made in Euro.
Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel the registration: Fees for written cancellations received prior to September 9, 2024 are refundable less 150 €.
After September 9, 2024 there will be no refunds.
The participant has the right to appoint a substitute until 14 days prior to the conference without additional costs.
All cancellations and changes must be submitted in written form – with indication of full name, invoice number and bank details for reimbursement – to: summit@munich-aerospace.de
The organiser reserves the right to modify the content of the programme, the speakers and the times of presentations.
The organisor may cancel or postpone the event on any reasonable grounds up to 30 days before the fixed date without any liability on his part. After that the organisor may cancel or postpone the event in case of special circumstances (e.g. including insufficient interest) without any liability on his part. The organisor will inform the participants as soon as possible, especially on the website of the event.
In the case of a cancellation by the organiser participants will be reimbursed the registration fee actually paid. Travel and accommodation expenses will not be reimbursed.
Liability
The organiser does not accept liability for the up-to-datedness, correctness and completeness in respect to conference documentation and content.
The organiser will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the Conference.
Photographs and Videos
The conference will be recorded on video and pictures will be taken. The organiser may free of charge and without the further consent of the participants use and release pictures, shots and videos taken of the participants and/or their works (such as posters, excerpts of presentations or lectures) during the Conference for reports of the Conference and announcement of events in future.
Privacy Policy
All personal data provided to the organiser for registration will be treated as confidential. The data shall be used and stored for further processing and documentation purposes. The information will not be re-used for an incompatible purpose. Data shall be delivered to assigned service providers, as deemed necessary for the successful performance of the Conference. The organiser will only disclose information to third parties if that is necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose(s) identified above.
Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Disputes
All agreements between the organiser and the participant and all disputes which may arise between the organiser and the participants shall be exclusively subject to German law. Court of jurisdiction shall be Munich.
